Sustainability - Empresas Randon

Florescer offers educational, cultural, artistic, sports and integration activities for children and adolescents aged 6 to 15 years during their after-school hours. Since 2002, the program has had two centers at the company's headquarters in Caxias do Sul, as well as franchises in other cities.

Randon Memorial has a team that works to recover, preserve and disseminate the history of Randon Companies and cargo transportation throughout the community. Its collection, which already includes an archive of thousands of historical documents, including photographs, videos, oral memory records, magazines, newspapers and various other media, is being expanded. All this material will be exhibited at Randon Memorial, a cultural center that will bring together the entire collection and give the Gaucha mountain ranges a space for exhibitions, workshops and other museum activities.

The Vida Sempre Program works to disseminate educational information so that drivers and pedestrians can have a healthy, safe and preventive attitude in traffic. This takes place through lectures and games, campaigns and courses for truck drivers. The itinerant theater show performed by the program has already circulated through the three southern states of the country and is presented to 60,000 spectators per year.
