Randon Administradora de Consórcios Ltda., based in Caxias do Sul, RS, operates throughout the country through renowned partners in the sectors of automobiles, real estate, road equipment, trucks, buses, minibuses, agricultural machinery and implements.

Built in 1987 with the purpose of selling the trailers/ semi-trailers manufactured by Randon S.A.- Implementos e Participações, the company entered the market under the brand Consórcio Nacional Randon. It was so successful that the company expanded its reach into other segments.

With the beginning of operations in real estate and cars, in 1991 and 1993, respectively, Randon Consórcios ended up by creating its own brand - Racon Consórcios - which operates through a system of franchises in the major cities of the country.

In 1997, the company signed a partnership with John Deere for the administration of “consórcio” (coop-payment plans) groups of machinery and agricultural implements, giving rise to Consórcio Nacional John Deere. In 1998, the Consórcio Busscar was created as the result of a partnership with Busscar Ônibus S.A. In 2002, the segment of multiple brands of trucks was incorporated into Racon. The most recent partnership took place in 2004 with the company Volare, of Marcopolo, initiating the Consórcio Nacional Volare for the segment of minibuses.
