• SER Randon – Created in 1975, the Associação Esportiva e Recreativa Randon (SER Randon) provides activities in the social, sports, recreational and cultural areas to 4,8 thousand associate members of the companies located at the Interlagos Complex. The SER Randon has a capacity for 10,000 people to get together. The premises include a recreational area, the “Galpão Velha Carreta” the SER Randon store and facilities to assist the employees in all the activities developed by them.

• FRC (Fras-le) – The Fras-le Recreational Club (FRC) was created in 1980 to benefit 2,4 thousand employees of Fras-le in activities related to leisure, recreation and culture. Located in Forqueta, the Club has a large infrastructure to assist the associate members and their families: a store, video rental, library, gym, and a social area comprised of swimming-pools, soccer fields, sport court, playground and kiosks. The gym is equipped with fitness equipment suitable for classes of aerobics, body sculpting, stretching, step and body jump.

• Christmas – The traditional Christmas Party of Randon Companies gathers employees and their families, exceeding 15 thousand people in an integrating atmosphere. The event takes place at Pavilhões da Festa da Uva. In addition to a blessing given to the families, there are shows, raffles, and the arrival of Santa Claus with gifts for the children. The event also includes the donation of toys to charity, collected through the Handling Life Well program.

PROMOTING VOLUNTEERISM

• SER Voluntário (Being a Volunteer) – This program was implemented in 2006 and currently has 174 employees developing varied activities related to volunteering at public schools of Caxias do Sul.
